My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, while clean and conveniently located near many attractions, were of lesser quality, especially compared to the remodeled suits which were better. The service was friendly overall, but there were reports of rudeness from a middle-aged female manager. The location was fair with easy access to transportation, although some improvements could be made. Dining was a nice experience, but there were mixed feelings about some aspects of the facilities provided.
The hotel had a few drawbacks, like the smoke odor at the entry and some stains on the table, but I appreciated the helpful service and amenities like free tea and coffee. The location offered stunning views and easy access to downtown Palm Springs, with dining options nearby. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the breakfast setup may mislead you. Overall, I had a relaxing stay with great mountain views.

Complimentary breakfast at Rick's Diner is a highlight, ideal for exploring the PS North Arts District. However, the room I stayed in lacked a terrace as advertised, and the temperature took a while to cool down even with the AC on full blast.
